Our central location at Tau makes our conference room facilities an excellent alternative for organizations and businesses in both Ryfylke and Stavanger. The hotel’s conference and group rooms are located on the main floor and may be rented separately or in combination with catering and overnight accommodation.


is fully furnished with modern technical aids. The conference table is U-shaped and can seat up to 22 persons. With a classroom solution the conference room has a capacity of up to 30 persons, and up to 50 persons in a “theatre” set-up. We have two group rooms with a capacity of up to eight persons in each room.


As we know, no one can work on an empty stomach. We therefore strive for a high level of quality in our culinary delights. The feedback from our guests is quite clear: our gourmet kitchen is truly appreciated.

Meals are served in the hotel restaurant “Spisehuset”, located on the floor below the conference room.


Our rural location at Tau offers magnificent countryside “right outside your door” for when you take a break in an otherwise tight conference programme. The picturesque Mill Park at Tau is just a little walk away from the hotel.

If you want to combine meetings with teambulding we can offer a wide range of activities; everything from physical exertion to our popular Cognac course. This course is held in an authentic Cognac distillery that has been reconstructed at Tau.
