Restaurant Spisehuset is the place to visit for an experience in taste and flavour. In order to preserve the taste and freshness of the food, we aim for the shortest possible distance between nature and table. We have therefore established direct contact with hunters around Scandinavia, with local fishermen, Rogaland farmers and the district's own experts on herbs, fruit and berries.

These raw materials are perfected by our creative kitchen team, expertly headed by our chef. The result - exquisite meals based on both national and international traditions!

We would never let too much formality get in the way of a pleasant and tasty meal. We are ordinary people working here, and our guests are ordinary people who are hungry! "Spisehuset" combines high standard service with a laid-back ambience.

Lilland Hotel has a small fully licensed bar/pub. Here you can also taste the hotelier’s own imported cognacs, in addition to a large selection of beer and wine.

The restaurant is open Monday - Saturday 18:00 - 22:00.
Sunday buffet is served from 12:00 to 17:00.

 
 
 


We are very proud to be able to offer our guests a rather special selection of French cognacs from the district of the same name.

Our sister company Lilland AS imports a completely unique cognac series named after a Viking king and his wife.

Due to Norwegian alcohol legislation we cannot mention the name nor show you photos of the bottles, but the cognac is of course available in our hotel bar.
